Welcome to Rankety. By accessing or using our SEO audit, analysis, and optimization services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

Rankety provides AI-powered SEO tools including website audits, technical SEO analysis, on-page optimization, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, keyword research, content quality checks, and other SEO-related services.

Account Registration

To use Rankety's Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account, use another user's account, or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or free trial restrictions.

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

Rankety offers 30 free credits upon signup. No credit card is required for the trial. Free credits expire 30 days after account creation and cannot be carried forward or transferred.

Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary based on the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from Rankety
• Use automated tools to access the Services beyond normal usage
• Overload or attempt to disrupt our servers or infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our Services without authorization
• Use the Services to spam, harass, or engage in malicious activity
• Analyze websites you do not own or have permission to audit
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Service Usage and Limits

Rankety Services are subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan:

• Credit limits for SEO audits and analyses
• Number of websites or URLs that can be tracked
• Frequency of audits and data refreshes
• API request rate limits

Exceeding usage limits may result in additional charges or temporary service restrictions. Fair use policies apply to prevent abuse.

Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Rankety, including but not limited to:

• Software code, algorithms, and AI models
• Text, graphics, logos, and design elements
• SEO analysis methodologies and scoring systems
• Reports, templates, and documentation

are owned by Rankety or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the websites and content you submit for analysis. By using our Services, you grant Rankety a limited license to:

• Crawl and analyze your submitted websites
• Generate reports and recommendations based on your data
• Store and process your data to provide the Services
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our algorithms

Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

While Rankety strives to provide accurate SEO analysis and recommendations:

• SEO data is sourced from third-party providers and search engines; we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness
• Rankings, metrics, and estimates are approximations and may vary from actual results
• Our AI-powered recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of improved rankings
• Search engine algorithms change frequently; past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are responsible for verifying data and implementing recommendations appropriately

Rankety is not liable for decisions made based on our reports or recommendations.

Third-Party Services

Rankety integrates with third-party services for enhanced functionality:

• Google Search Console and Analytics
• SEO data providers (Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush APIs)
• Payment processors
• Cloud infrastructure providers

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data accuracy.

Service Availability

Rankety aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Experience temporary outages due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend service for security or legal reasons

We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANKERN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SEO STRATEGIES BASED ON OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
• RANKING DECREASES OR ALGORITHM PENALTIES
• THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES OR DATA INACCURACIES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RANKERN IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rankety harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services, (b) violation of these Terms, (c) infringement of any third-party rights, or (d) your website content or SEO practices.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Rankety may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account has been inactive for 12 months
• We are required to do so by law
• Continued provision of Services poses a security risk

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease immediately. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution
